Justice Mojisola Dada of the Federal High Court, Igbosere Lagos, on Monday sentenced Major Hamzat Al-mustapha, former Chief Security Officer (CSO) to late former military Head of State, General Sani Abacha, and a protocol officer in the Chief MKO Abiola Campaign Organisation, Alhaji Lateef Shofolahan, to death by hanging.

The ruling by Justice Dada followed by the trial of Al-mustapha alongside Alhaji Lateef Shofolahan .
