Nollywood actor, Joseph Benjamin has been declared African Actor of the Year at a special ceremony held on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Stratford Town hall, London for the 17th African Film Awards, otherwise called Afro-Hollywood Awards.
He clinched the award in a colorful event that had in attendance British stars of African descent, producers and investors.
The 6ft actor beat Ghana’s Van Vicker and South Africa’s Jafta Mamabolo to win the title.
