Lagos State chapter of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has called on Imo State lawmakers to commence impeachment proceedings against Governor Rochas Okorocha.
Lagos APGA leader, Engr. Campbell Umeh Nzenkwe, noted in a statement that
the governor deserves to be impeached over allegation of N1.4 billion fraudulent road construction project.
“We’re calling on Imo House of Assembly to commence impeachment proceedings against Governor Okorocha who allegedly siphoned N1.4 billion on a phantom road contract with a Lebanese-JP Construction Company,” the statement said.
“It must be noted that it is the same excuse of a fraudulent project that the Governor used to impeach his deputy governor, Hon. Jude Agbaso and up till date, the N1.4 billion is still missing, he alleged,” the statement added.
