Two thieves reportedly drowned inside a canal while trying to escape with the stolen items. Their bodies were discovered last week Saturday inside the Olusosun canal at Ojota, Lagos. They're escaping with a Nokia mobile phone and N13,000 they just snatched.
They're said to be part of a five-man gang which had been terrorizing Olusosun, Ojota. They attacked a man at about 8pm around the Olusosun refuse dump on Thursday. Local vigilante group gave them a run and caught two of them, one escaped and the remaining two got drowned.
