VIDEO: Nigerian Police Officials Videoed Manhandling An Unarmed Civilian.

This happened yesterday in Lagos and the eyewitness has this to say, "I saw this on my way home from work yesterday. It happened at about 6pm around ijora. The 3 policemen lifted the poor man and were beating him up. They didn't mind to be seen in uniform doing such a barbaric thing."
