Ghana: Farmers Brutally Kills 7 Fulani Herdsmen in Fresh Attack
The acting Nigerian High Commissioner to Ghana, Adekunbi Sonaike Ayodeji, has disclosed the killing of seven Fulani herdsmen during a recent clash with by some farmers in Ghana.
Ayodeji said the Commission will take responsibility in part for the activities of the herdsmen because some of them are citizens of Nigeria.
She sympathized with the farmers whose economic life is destroyed by activities of these Fulani herdsmen.
She said: “It will be unfair to say everything is being caused by these Fulani herdsmen. There are roles played by even the nationals,” she said.
She called on the government to collaborate with the High Commission to resolve the issue before it takes a different proportion.
